I began my career in Real Estate in 2001, and since then, I’ve sold over 450 homes. Selling a home does not happen because of luck, but is a result of hard, consistent, tenacious work, and smart marketing.
I was raised in Germany with an ethic that hard work pays off in dividends. And my career in Real Estate has been absolute proof. While most agents were lucky to complete a short sale in the last market crash, my short sale approval rate with lenders was 100% - and I sold a lot of short sales. This was only possible with persistence and plenty of out-of-the box thinking.

Making the wrong decision on a real estate transaction can cost you tens of thousands of dollars. With so much on the line, I want to make sure my customers have the correct information. And I always put my clients finances first, not my commission - there have been cases where I recommended not to sell or buy a house, because it was not in the best interest of my client.

Now, many people like to make big claims. But, they often don’t have anything to back them up. If I make a claim, then I usually have the data to back it up.

Having sold over 450 homes in my career, I know a thing or two about putting the required time and energy in to overcome obstacles.
I’ve solved many problems that other Real Estate agents weren’t able to solve. How? Some creative thinking. And, when that doesn’t work, then I can usually find an expert who does have the answer.
